Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access or download has been provided. No refunds are offered.

Coaching, Consulting and Training:

All coaching, consulting, mentoring and training bookings are non-refundable.

Physical Books:

Printed books purchased through Amazon or another retailer are subject to the retailer's own return and replacement policies. Customers should contact their place of purchase directly.
